Dear God

Dear God,

I know we have not talked in a while,
And I know I tried to forget you but I just never could.
Every night and day I could not get you out of my mind.
Today I tried to kill myself because no one really cared.
I know I’m just one out of a billon but if you ever do get this letter.
Sometimes I just wish I could be in my own box,
So I won’t get hurt any more.
I just wish I could be deaf
So I could not hear these hurtful words.
I just wish I could be blind
So I could not see any one.


Oh Lord,
Please help me,
My father, my mother
I fear you are the only one who cares.


Dear God,

I know we have not talked in a while,
And I know I tried to forget you but I just never could.
Every night and day I could not get you out of my mind.
Today I tried to kill myself because no one really cared.
I know I’m just one out of a billon but if you ever do get this letter.
I pray you will give you hope,
So I will be able to hope for a better day.
I pray that you will give me power,
So I will not be weak, meek, or hurt.
